North America – Technical Support

At SENZOMATIC, we support sustainable construction by helping owners, developers, architects, insurers, and other stakeholders manage the risk of moisture and mold damage in wooden buildings.

We’re expanding in North America and are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to help our Canadian and U.S. clients get the most out of our technology. You’ll be the first point of contact for technical questions, troubleshooting, and onboarding, ensuring our customers can fully trust and rely on SENZOMATIC’s solutions.

This role is perfect for someone who is technically curious, solution-oriented, and enjoys helping clients understand and use innovative technology. You’ll work closely with our product, hardware, and engineering teams to provide excellent support while learning deeply about our tech and its applications.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing technical support to clients in North America (email, phone, video calls)
  • Guiding customers through onboarding and setup of SENZOMATIC devices and software
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues, escalating when needed
  • Collecting feedback and reporting recurring issues to the product and engineering teams
  • Preparing and updating technical documentation, guides, and FAQs for North American clients
  • Collaborating with sales, product, and engineering teams to improve the customer experience
  • Participating in training sessions to deepen your knowledge of our technology


What you’ll need:

  • Strong technical aptitude – ability to understand hardware, sensors, and software
  • Excellent communication skills in English (other languages a plus)
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
  • Comfortable working with clients remotely, across different time zones


Nice to have:

  • Experience in technical support, customer success, or engineering support
  • Familiarity with IoT, SaaS, or construction technology
  • Interest in sustainable construction or smart building solutions
