We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Specialist to help us grow our brand presence online. You’ll turn ideas into engaging content, manage our social channels with precision, and make sure our digital voice truly connects with our audience. This is a role for someone who understands both the art of storytelling and the science of metrics.

You’ll be part of a dynamic marketing team that values initiative, authenticity, and curiosity. Your work will have a real impact on how people see and engage with our brand across platforms.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and grow our social media profiles (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
• Plan and execute content calendars aligned with brand and campaign goals
• Write engaging copy for posts, captions, and short-form videos
• Monitor community activity and maintain authentic engagement with followers
• Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion)
• Research social media trends and propose fresh, creative ideas

Who we’re looking for:

• You have 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing brand social media channels
• You understand tone of voice, content strategy, and visual consistency
• You’re comfortable with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Later, or similar
• You have experience working with graphic tools such as Adobe Photoshop (or similar) and video post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro)
• You can turn data into insights and know what works for different audiences
• You’re fluent in Czech and English (both spoken and written), another language is a plus
• You’re creative, proactive, and detail-oriented and you love working in a fast-paced team
