The SENZOMATIC system is installed in three phases: first, sensors are placed in critical areas, then activated, and finally connected to the internet to enable continuous monitoring. The sensors are strategically positioned in high-risk areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, or utility rooms—either during construction or renovation. This ensures optimal protection of the structure against potential moisture-related issues.
2. Continuous Monitoring
SENZOMATIC provides 24/7 monitoring of moisture and water leaks. Using a combination of sensor types—HT sensors for temperature and humidity, MHT sensors for wood moisture, and FHT flood sensors—the system continuously tracks moisture levels in walls, ceilings, and floors. A central unit collects data from all sensors and sends it for analysis, allowing for early detection and resolution of potential issues.
3. Data Analysis
Sensor data is precisely processed and interpreted, providing a detailed overview of the current moisture levels in different parts of the building. The system analyzes measured values and compares them with reference data from both indoor and outdoor environments to identify deviations and potential risks.
