The investment in the SENZOMATIC sensor system starts at CZK 42,000.
For this price, your building will be protected against moisture and water leaks, and it also includes 24/7 monitoring for the first year. After that, monitoring will cost you as little as CZK 8.20 per day.
The minimum recommended level of protection monitors the structural parts of timber buildings, where the risk of minor water leaks and excessive or long-term moisture accumulation is highest.
The SENZOMATIC Basic Package Includes:

The entire system operates 24/7 and therefore responds immediately to any issues, including flooding. If a problem is detected, our technicians will call you and you’ll receive a notification on your mobile device.
If flood sensors are installed in combination with an automatic main water shut-off valve, the central unit can shut off the main water supply to the house and prevent further leakage.
If you have the Premium package, our operators will contact you by phone immediately.
If you are using the Standard package, you will receive a notification via email and SMS.
Every three months, our clients also receive an analysis that can detect condensation — a problem that might otherwise remain hidden for a long time.
