SENZOMATIC continuously measures and monitors moisture levels in wooden buildings. A combination of special sensors and advanced algorithms ensures health of your building, prevents damage, and extends its lifespan.

How SENZOMATIC Works

- monitors moisture in roof insulation
FHT-I sensor
- rapid detection of water leaks indoors, can be connected to an automatic shut-off valve
IAQ sensor
- measures ambient conditions, temperature, humidity, and CO₂
All data is collected in a central unit.

Data Processing and Interpretation
The system collects data from high-risk areas and compares it with moisture and temperature information from inside and outside the building. Under certain conditions, moisture accumulation is natural and normal, however, the same values might be problematic under other conditions and will be interpreted as a potential risk. Because every building is unique, SENZOMATIC uses special algorithms that quickly learn how your structure behaves and identify data combinations that should be monitored. The system evaluates critical situations and alerts you in case of high moisture levels.
Lifetime Monitoring Analyses
Individual moisture monitoring analyses of wooden buildings are designed to be easily understandable and provide you with the necessary information. You can log into your user account on our website or subscribe to email reports, which the system will send automatically at a frequency you choose.
