At SENZOMATIC, we support sustainable construction by helping owners, developers, architects, insurers, and other stakeholders manage the risk of moisture and mold damage in wooden buildings.
We’re expanding internationally and looking for a Global Business Development & Sales Assistant to support our outreach, sales, and growth efforts. You’ll play a key role in keeping our sales pipeline moving, researching new opportunities, supporting communication with leads, and making sure our business development team can focus on closing deals.
This is an entry-to-mid-level role for someone who’s proactive, organized, and curious about sales and international business. You’ll learn a lot about scaling a startup, talking to clients across Europe, and supporting real business development activities from the ground up.
What you’ll be doing:
- Researching and identifying new leads and market opportunities
- Supporting outreach to potential customers (emails, LinkedIn, calls)
- Preparing and proofreading sales & marketing materials
- Helping schedule and organize meetings with prospects and partners
- Updating CRM and making sure our sales pipeline stays clean and accurate
- Following up with leads and collecting feedback
- Supporting organization of international events, conferences, and trade shows
- Collaborating with the sales, marketing, and product teams on go-to-market activities
What you’ll need:
- Strong communication skills in English (other European languages a plus)
- Proactive and organized mindset – comfortable juggling multiple tasks
- Interest in sales, business development, and international growth
- Ability to work independently but also collaborate within a small team
Nice to have:
- Experience in sales support, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Background or interest in sustainability, construction tech, or IoT
