At SENZOMATIC, we support sustainable construction by helping owners, developers, architects, insurers, and other stakeholders manage the risk of moisture and mold damage in wooden buildings.
We’re preparing for international growth and are looking for a Head of Global Marketing to own and drive our marketing strategy across markets. From brand positioning to lead generation, you’ll be the architect of how we tell our story, reach our audiences, and support sales in expanding SENZOMATIC’s footprint across Europe and beyond.
This is a strategic yet hands-on role: you’ll shape the big picture, but also roll up your sleeves to execute campaigns, test ideas, and make data-driven decisions. You’ll work closely with our founders, product, and sales teams to ensure our messaging is sharp, localized, and impactful.
What you’ll be doing:
- Defining and executing SENZOMATIC’s global marketing strategy together with Global Sales and CEO
- Building our brand and positioning in sustainable construction and IoT markets
- Designing and running multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, content, PR)
- Supporting sales with lead generation and nurturing activities
- Coordinating localization of materials for different markets
- Overseeing website, social media, and content strategy to increase visibility and credibility
- Collecting and analyzing marketing data to measure impact and adjust tactics
- Establishing processes, setting KPIs
- Representing SENZOMATIC at international conferences, trade shows, and industry events
What you’ll need:
- Proven experience in B2B marketing
- Strong understanding of branding, lead generation, and go-to-market strategies
- Hands-on expertise in digital marketing tools and analytics
- Ability to work across markets and adapt messaging to different audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (other European languages a plus)
- Strategic mindset combined with a willingness to execute and iterate quickly
- Living in Prague (or willing to relocate) – this is a hybrid role, ideally 2–3x/week in our office
Nice to have:
- Track record of supporting international expansion or market entry
- Knowledge of account-based marketing or enterprise-focused campaigns
- Previous experience in the timber industry
