At SENZOMATIC, we support sustainable construction by helping owners, developers, architects, insurers, and other stakeholders manage the risk of moisture and mold damage in wooden buildings.
We’ve validated our technology and built strong traction in our home market. Now it’s time to scale internationally – and for that, we’re looking for a Head of Global Sales to lead the way. You’ll be responsible for building and executing our sales strategy, opening new markets, and shaping how we bring our product to customers across Europe (and beyond).
This is a senior, hands-on role: you’ll be both closing key deals yourself and building the structures and processes for a growing sales team. You’ll collaborate closely with our founders, product, and marketing teams, making sure our market approach fits our mission, customers, and ambitions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Defining and executing SENZOMATIC’s global sales strategy
- Driving expansion into new markets, starting with Scandinavia and Western Europe
- Building and nurturing relationships with decision-makers in construction, insurance, and real estate
- Closing key enterprise deals and setting up scalable sales processes
- Managing and growing our sales pipeline, from outreach to negotiation and closing
- Collaborating with marketing on lead generation, positioning, and go-to-market campaigns
- Building, mentoring, and leading our global and international sales team as we expand
- Reporting directly to the CEO and contributing to strategic decisions
- Managing and establishing multiple offices across markets
What you’ll need:
- Proven track record in B2B sales
- Experience in international business development and market expansion
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with enterprise clients
- Ability to set up and optimize sales processes (CRM, pipeline management, KPIs)
- Hands-on mindset – comfortable both doing and leading
- Excellent communication in English (other European languages a plus)
- Living in Prague (or willing to relocate) – this is a hybrid role, ideally 2–3x/week in our office
- Willing to travel and represent the company at trade shows and events; active social media user
Nice to have:
- Network in construction, property development, or insurance industries
- Experience in scaling sales teams from early-stage to growth
- Knowledge of public tenders, partnerships, or channel sales
- Passion for sustainability and innovation in construction
- Previous experience in the timber industry
