After that, monitoring will cost you just 0,50 EUR per day.
The minimum level of protection we recommend monitors the structural parts of the timber building where there is the greatest risk of significant water leaks and excessive or long-term moisture accumulation.
The basic SENZOMATIC package includes

The following 3 types of SENZOMATIC installations are based on data we have collected over a long period from more than 600 completed orders.
I. Protection of the house structure - Ground floor wooden building (95 m²)
In a diffusion-enclosed timber-framed building, our technician installed MHT sensors in the foundation beam in the kitchen, where the dishwasher will later stand. He also placed the same sensor in the wall under the future shower module, bath, and in the utility room with the water distribution from the boiler. The specialist introduced HT sensors into the living room and the facade of the building to compare the data collected inside and outside.

II. Advanced protection with additional cladding protection - Two-storey wooden building (113 m²)
Based on our design, the two-story diffusion-open wooden building made of prefabricated CLT panels was equipped with MHT and HT sensors in the exact problematic locations as in the above-mentioned installation. The only difference is that the sensors were installed in two bathrooms instead of one, and in addition, at the owner's request, an FHT flood sensor was also installed under the washer and dryer. The installation was provided by a certified wood building contractor trained by SENZOMATIC.

III. complete protection with IV. shell protection and V. roof protection - Two-storey wooden building (225 m²)
The owner opted for the highest possible level of protection for the diffusely open luxury turnkey wooden building made of prefabricated CLT panels. The bespoke package we designed and implemented for him included, in addition to the essential protection, an additional sensor for flood detection, a sensor to check for water precipitation at the roof, and French windows leading to the garden. Most of the sensors were installed on the flat roof in joints and water drains as well as under the solar panels. An IAQ sensor was further incorporated into the building to monitor air quality connected to the HVAC control unit.
